The preliminary class schedule is posted below.  We will do our best to notify our members of any schedule changes but please check back from time to time so you can be aware of any new and exciting additions.  Feel like doing Jiu Jitsu one day and Thai Boxing the next?  No Problem!  Your membership gives you access to all of our classes so don't be afraid to mix and match to fit your schedule.

* Self defense classes will begin Friday September 12th and will be offered on an alternating Wednesday/Friday schedule.  The class will be taught on that first Friday (9/12), Wednesday the next week (9/17), Friday the next week (9/26) and so on.  The regularly scheduled Fitness Kickboxing classes will be offered on those Wednesdays and Fridays that self defense is not being offered.  Please call for details.
